Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 16/07/2026

Last Updated: 20/07/2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Simple Wealth Club and any digital courses, downloadable resources, templates, recordings, educational materials, bonuses and other digital products sold through www.thesimplewealthclub.com by Rita Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.

By purchasing Simple Wealth Club or any other digital product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy before completing your purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS

Simple Wealth Club is a digital educational program.

Depending upon the offer purchased, customers may receive access to digital course lessons, videos, recordings, PDFs, templates, worksheets, downloadable materials, digital resources, bonuses, community resources and live or recorded educational sessions.

Access to some or all of these materials may be provided immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, copied or downloaded once access has been provided, purchases are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund merely because the purchaser changes their mind, decides not to use the program, does not complete the program or later determines that the program is no longer suitable for them.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, all purchases of Simple Wealth Club and our other digital products are final.

We do not provide refunds for reasons including:

a. Change of mind after purchase.

b. Failure to use, access or complete the course.

c. Lack of time to complete the program.

d. Personal or financial circumstances arising after purchase.

e. Purchasing the course without reviewing the information made available before purchase.

f. A purchaser deciding that the course is not suitable for their individual expectations after access has been provided, where the course was supplied substantially as described at the time of purchase.

g. Failure to implement the strategies, lessons or recommendations taught in the program.

h. Dissatisfaction with business, financial, social media, audience, revenue or other results where no particular result was guaranteed.

i. Failure to attend a live session where a recording, alternative session or other access is made available, where applicable.

j. Inability to use a particular device, application or third party platform where the digital materials themselves remain reasonably accessible through the supported means communicated to the purchaser.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

3. ACCESS TO DOWNLOADABLE AND DIGITAL MATERIALS

Once access to digital or downloadable materials has been provided, the digital portion of the purchase is treated as delivered for the purposes of this Policy, subject always to applicable law and our obligation to provide the product or service substantially as represented at the time of sale.

Course access and downloadable materials are licensed to the purchaser solely for their own permitted use.

Purchasing the program does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to the purchaser.

4. RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Simple Wealth Club is an educational program.

Any examples of revenue, sales, audience growth, business results, testimonials, case studies or outcomes presented on our website, social media, advertisements, webinars, emails, WhatsApp communications or course materials are examples only.

Individual results vary and depend upon numerous factors outside our control, including the purchaser's experience, effort, execution, business model, market conditions, audience, consistency and decisions.

Unless expressly stated by us in writing as a specific guarantee forming part of the offer, purchasing Simple Wealth Club does not guarantee any particular level of income, sales, profit, followers, clients, business growth or other result.

The purchaser remains responsible for their own business and financial decisions.

5. FAILURE TO CONSUME THE COURSE

Failure to log in, watch lessons, download resources, attend sessions, participate in activities or otherwise use the program after access has been made available does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.

The purchaser is responsible for using the access provided during any applicable access period communicated at the time of purchase.

6. TECHNICAL ACCESS PROBLEMS

A technical problem does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

If a purchaser experiences a genuine problem accessing purchased content, they should contact us at smriti@thesimplewealthclub.com.

We will be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, restore or provide access.

This provision does not limit any remedy available to a consumer under applicable law where we fail to provide the purchased product or service.

7. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS PAYMENTS

If the same customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, the customer should contact us with the relevant payment details.

Once verified, an unintended duplicate charge may be refunded to the original payment method.

This does not affect the status of the valid underlying purchase.

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact us first regarding genuine billing or access concerns so that we can investigate them promptly.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we may provide the relevant payment provider, bank or competent authority with records reasonably necessary to establish the transaction and fulfilment of the order, including the order record, acceptance of applicable terms, delivery or enrolment records, account access records, relevant communications and other lawful transaction records.

If a payment is reversed, access to the associated program and digital resources may be suspended or terminated where legally permissible.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right available under applicable law or applicable payment system rules.

9. COURSE UPDATES

We may reasonably update, improve or reorganise course materials from time to time.

Minor modifications, lesson updates, changes in presentation, replacement of outdated resources, rescheduling of live components where applicable, or addition or removal of non essential bonus material do not by themselves create an entitlement to a refund, provided that the core purchased program continues to be delivered substantially as represented at the time of purchase.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCOUNT SHARING

All course materials, videos, PDFs, templates, frameworks, recordings, downloads and other proprietary resources made available through Simple Wealth Club are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable licence terms, access is for the registered purchaser's permitted use only.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication, sharing of login credentials, or provision of course materials to third parties may result in suspension or termination of access and may expose the person responsible to legal remedies available under applicable law.

Termination for a material violation of the applicable licence or terms does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund, subject to applicable law.

11. PROMOTIONAL PRICING

We may offer discounts, coupon codes, bonuses or promotional prices from time to time.

A customer who purchased at a different price is not automatically entitled to a retrospective refund, credit or price adjustment solely because a later promotional offer becomes available.

12. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to waive, exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, excluded or restricted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other applicable Indian law.

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
